Dr. Casey Fattig

PT, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Casey Fattig, PT, DPT, CSCS has proudly joined the Bellaire PT team, bringing his passion for health and fitness that was ignited in 9th grade by the first-hand realization that self-discipline sets you free. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Through experiences with his own healthcare providers, Casey has learned to place a premium on honesty and transparency and strives to deliver that same type of care to his patients. He views his relationship with his patients as a partnership in which he and his patient collaborate to create a plan forward to achieve the patient’s own personal goals. Casey has treated a wide range of patients including both those with neurological conditions such as brain or spinal cord injury and stroke and those with orthopedic conditions affecting joints such as the foot and ankle, knee, hip, back, neck, and shoulder. When working with patients within the neurorehabilitation program at Bellaire PT, he believes in focusing on helping the patient recover primary movement patterns and utilizing compensation only when necessary. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, church, triathlons, reading, jiu-jitsu, music and anything else active.
